This January it’s time to Move for Mind and complete 31 minutes of activity for 31 days!
Start the year by raising money and awareness for mental health, while also improving your mental and physical wellbeing. The best part is, you can choose any activity you like and change it up each day! Walk, run, dance, swim, skip – so long as you’re moving and having fun, it counts.
We’ll send you a free t-shirt and activity tracker when you set up your fundraising page, and your very own Move for Mind beanie and medal when you raise £150.
